Medium: Plant-based dyes and paper pulp

Dimensions: 2.8 x 1.1 x 0.8 ft and 1.9 x 1.1 x 1.1 ft

Created from the original textile bags full of our belongings carried by my family and me when we first migrated from Pakistan to India, the bags continued to be my companions every time I moved houses, cities, and countries.  Hollow from inside, these archaeological-looking bags are inscribed with the maps of all the journeys that they and I made together.
